In consideration of our fire systems and the upkeep and response to them, Larry Self is seeking an individual who would be willing to learn the basic operation, upkeep, and response to these systems. If you are interested in serving in this area, please contact Larry Self.

SENIOR ADULT LUNCHEON
Please join us on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall for a senior adult luncheon. Stew will be provided, however, please bring a dessert or crackers. Please sign-up now at the Information Table if you plan to attend.
VBS training is January 28 at FBC in Hendersonville, TN from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We will leave the church at 6:30 a.m. that morning. We have 3 slots left if anyone would like to attend. Please contact DeWana Howard at the church office or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
STUDENTLIFE FOR KID’S CAMP
StudentLife for Kids Camp, grades 3-6, will be June 18-21 at Shocco Springs. The cost is $289.00 per child. We have a limited number of spaces available. To secure your space, we need a $60.00 non-refundable deposit by February 1st. The church will contribute $50.00 toward each child’s registration fee which will reduce the total cost from $289.00 to $239.00. Your $60.00 deposit will be applied to the cost as well. We are looking forward to a great time at camp. If you have questions, please contact Dewana Howard, interim Children’s Minister.
DNow will be held February 24-26. The Kickoff rally will be February 22 at 6:30 p.m. at Decatur Baptist. The cost is $50 and this covers the cost of food, Bible study materials and t-shirt for the weekend. Students need to sign-up at soon as possible. Any adults wanting to help be a host home, driver, or be a small group leader please let Brandon know as soon as possible. There is one thing that everyone can help with and that is pray. Pray that God would move in the hearts of the students and adults involved in DNOW across the county.
