There will be a Giving Tree near the Information Table with different supplies needed for VBS. If you would like to help donate supplies, please take as many items off the tree as you’d like. Please drop your donations off in the box next to the giving tree. Thank you for your help!
The Alabama Baptist Men’s Ministries will be sponsoring a men’s conference entitled, “A Proven Game Plan for Raising Sons & Daughters,” This will be one of three conferences across the state lead by John Croyle, founder and executive director of Big Oak Ranch, Inc. Big Oak Ranch sponsors a number of locations that have helped to raise over 1800 children. The conference will be held May 20, 7:00 p.m. at the Cullman Civic Center. The conference is designed to strengthen men in their family role and responsibility. We will leave the church at 5:00 p.m. Please sign up at the Information Table if you would like to attend.
Items Needed for Ecuador: Denise and Oswaldo expressed the needs of the orphanages in Ecuador. For the month of May we will be collecting items to send to them in June. Items to be collected are: children’s socks (all sizes & gender), children’s underwear (all sizes & gender), Children’s Tylenol and thermometers. Please drop items off in the bin marked Ecuador at the Information Table. The last day to receive items will be May 31. If you have questions please contact Michele Wynn or Sandy Adams.

Throughout the month of May the church will be receiving deacon nominations. Nominations forms found can be found at the Welcome Center. There is no limit to the number of deserving men you may recommend. Please drop your completed nomination forms in the drop box at the Welcome Center.
